A motorist has been charged after an elderly man was hit by a car in Dundee.
A 71-year-old man suffered a broken leg in the Hill Street collision last Friday and was taken to hospital for treatment.
The 66-year-old male who was the driver of the car involved has been traced and charged with a number of driving offences.
Police are now looking for two people they believe witnessed the incident, which took place at around 12.40pm.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Enquiry into the full circumstances is still ongoing, and we would like to trace two people who we believe witnessed the incident as it happened.
“They were seen on CCTV to be standing near the junction of Hill Street and Strathmartine Road looking in the direction of the collision as it occurred, and then going to the assistance of the injured man.
