Police have reissued an appeal for information following the sexual assault of a woman in Dundee’s West End.
The 22-year-old was attacked in Bellefield Avenue some time between 2.30am and 3.10am on Sunday January 28 after visiting Corfu Kebabs in the Seagate at roughly 1.50am.
There was an altercation between two women at the kebab shop at around this time with officers keen to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity to get in touch.
Detective Inspector Sue Lawson said: “Through our enquiries, it has been established that our victim went to Corfu Kebabs and I am keen to speak to anyone who may have been in or around the shop about 1.50am on Sunday January 28.
“We know that an altercation took place between two women at Corfu Kebabs at this time and we hope this information will jog the memories of members of the public who were in the vicinity and may be able to assist us with the investigation.”
