Lads from Broughty United help out in the aftermath of the beast from the east.
There may not have been able to play football, but that didn’t stop players from Broughty United boys’ football club getting out and about this weekend.
The youngsters swapped studs for shovels as they set to work clearing paths and driveways for people who have been struggling to get out and about.
With games cancelled due to the adverse conditions, the lads and their coaches instead determined to show some community spirit — much to the delight of local residents.
