Police have urged motorists to avoid one of Dundee’s busiest roundabouts after a lorry shed its load on Tuesday afternoon.
A pallet and concrete bricks are said to have come off the back of an HGV at the Strathmartine Roundabout at about 3pm.
A police spokesman said there has also been reports of items on a number of roads neighbouring the roundabout including Strathmartine Road and sections of the Kingsway.

A police spokesman said: “We are on site dealing with it. It looks like it’s been the Five Ways and up Strathmartine Road. Police are aware of the matter. Avoid the area if you can.”
