A woman was hurt during an incident in Dundee on Tuesday evening. Police and paramedics swooped on the scene in Spey Drive at around 5pm. The woman was taken to the city’s Ninewells Hospital and a man was apprehended by officers. A police spokesperson said: “Officers attended a disturbance in Spey Drive. “A female was taken to hospital with a minor head injury and one male has been apprehended. “Our inquiries are on going.” Police cordoned off an area around the entrance to a block of flats.
