Police say a man gained entry through an open window at Ancrum Place some time between 1am-2am on Tuesday morning. He apparently threatened the woman, who was unhurt in the incident, before stealing several items. Police are appealing for anyone in the area who may have seen anything suspicious, to call 101, quoting reference number CR/13388/18
