Police have launched a manhunt for a robber who demanded money while brandishing baton at a Dundee shop.
Officers are appealing for information after the attempted robbery at Costcutters in Brownhill Road, which happened on Monday, June 4.
A man entered the shop at 6am and presented a baton at the shopkeeper while demanding money. He left empty handed.
Police said the shopkeeper was shocked but physically unhurt by the incident.
Officers are keen to trace a male aged between 15-20, described as medium build, wearing dark coloured bottoms, a green coloured parka style jacket with fur on the hood, a dark coloured scarf covering his face and a tammy-style hat.
