Man arrested after Lochee disturbance

A man has been arrested following a disturbance at a Dundee multi on Wednesday morning.

Riot vans, police vehicles and an ambulance descended on Landsdowne Court and Pitalpin Court in Lochee.

Officers are still at the scene.

It is understood one man was injured and treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment.

A police spokesman said: “Police Scotland attended at Pitalpin Court and Lansdowne Court area of Dundee this morning after a disturbance.

“A man has been arrested. There is currently a police presence in the area and enquiries are at an early stage.”
