Police Scotland said 33-year-old David Moran was reported missing at 12.50pm on Friday. It is believed that he has connections in the Falkirk and Livingston areas. He is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall, of slim build, clean shaven and with short brown hair. When he was last seen he was wearing a black jumper with white writing, blue t-shirt and black tracksuit bottoms. In 2015, Moran was jailed for five and a half years at the High Court in Glasgow after assaulting a member of staff in a bookies in Livingston. When the female employee held on to the money at the Ladbrokes premises he produced a canister and sprayed her in the face before running off. “If seen, members of the public should not approach him and should contact Police Scotland on 101 or 999,” said a Police Scotland spokesman. Information can also be given anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
