Excitement is building among locals after a number of Maggie’s Penguin Parade statues appeared at locations across Courier country.
The trail officially launches later this week, however a number of sculptures have arrived at spots across Dundee, Angus and Perth.
Many locals have already been out taking photographs of the eye-catching birds after they sprung up on the top of Dundee Law, at Stobsmuir Ponds, Monifieth, Kirriemuir, in Perth city centre and Broughty Ferry.
A total of 80 penguins have been created by artists and designers for the parade. Each one will be auctioned off in September to raise funds for Maggie’s Dundee.
