Police in Dundee were called out to assist a woman who found herself trapped in an industrial estate on Thursday morning.
The woman was discovered in an area of land behind Kangaroo Self Storage on Dock Street around 5am.
There are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances.
A spokesman for Police Scotland’s Tayside Division said: “Police Scotland can confirm it attended in the area between Dock Street and Broughty Ferry Road, Dundee, shortly after 5am to assist a woman who had become trapped in a wooded and fenced area.
“She was uninjured but was taken to Ninewells Hospital for checks.
“Enquiries are being made to establish how she came to be there, but there are no obvious suspicious circumstances.”
