At least seven cars have been broken into overnight in Dundee.
Police Scotland is appealing for information about the series of break-ins, which happened in the Balgay area of the city overnight on October 23 and 24.
Vehicles in City Road, Taits Lane, Corso Street, Sutherland Crescent, Balgay Road and Abbotsford Street were targeted.
The police has seven incidents reported so far, but believe there could be “many more”.
All of the cars had a window smashed in order to gain entry.
Officers would like to trace a man described as about 5’8” who was wearing a black padded jacket and dark trousers. He was carrying a black duffle bag and was seen looking into cars in the area.
Police has asked anyone else who may have had their car targeted, as well as anyone who may have seen anything suspicious, to contact them on 101, citing reference CR/25860/18.
