A 15-year-old boy suffered injuries to his face after being assaulted in the Menzieshill area of Dundee.
The boy was attacked in Spey Drive around 5.45pm on Friday, November 16.
He required treatment at Ninewells Hospital for a facial injury as a result of the incident.
Police investigating the attack say they are following “positive lines” of inquiry but are seeking two people they believe may have witnessed the attack to come forward.
They want to speak to a man wearing a white T-shirt who stopped his car at the junction of Spey Drive and Deveron Terrace.
They also want to speak to woman with bobbed hair who handed the victim a £5 note he had dropped during the assault.
