The collision involving a silver car and a male pedestrian occurred in the Seagate around 5pm on December 6. The driver of the car stopped and contacted the emergency services. Before the ambulance arrived the injured pedestrian, who had sustained a head injury, got to his feet, spoke to the driver, and walked off. Officers are appealing for the pedestrian to get in touch to confirm his welfare. Police Scotland said anyone with information should contact them on 101.
