A Courier country brewery has officially opened its newest branch in Dundee.
Dynamo on Union Street has replaced one of the city’s oldest pubs, The Star and Garter, following a refurbishment.
The Stonehaven-founded brewery Six Degrees North are behind the new venture, having launched a public “crowd funding” campaign to help the development.

The company said much of the original interior of the old bar had been retained and that a number of other local businesses would be featured.
It follows a number of other new independent businesses which have opened on the street, including the King of Islington rum bar and Little Lies fashion store.
