A motorcyclist suffered serious leg injuries on Friday afternoon after a crash near to Dundee’s Odeon cinema.
A car collided with the motorbike on Longtown Street at around 1.30pm.
The 28-year-old motorcyclist is reportedly badly hurt and has been rushed to hospital but his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “We attended in Longtown Street, Dundee, shortly after 1.30pm today (28th) in response to a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorcycle.
“The motorcyclist, a 28-year-old man, has been taken to hospital with serious leg injuries which are not thought to be life threatening, and the road has been closed to allow for recovery of the vehicles involved.”
