Firefighters were called to a blaze in Douglas on Thursday afternoon.
The flat fire on Ballindean Road, near the junction to Balerno Street.
Officers from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Police Scotland and paramedics were called to a fire at a building on Balerno Street shortly before 2pm.
Three appliances were called to the incident from Macalpine Road.
Ambulance service staff remained on the scene for a number of hours while firefighters tackled the blaze.
A spokesperson for the fire service said no injuries had been reported to them and everyone in the building had been accounted for.
Fire crews, police and ambulance were all in attendance at the fire.
The incident came to a close at 3.30pm.
