South Road incident: Man arrested and expected in court

A 28-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an assault on a busy Dundee road.

Police Scotland confirmed that the male was detained following an incident on South Road on Tuesday.

A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal and he is expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
