At least two people were arrested following a mass Dundee pub brawl on Saturday night.
Six people were reportedly fighting inside the Club Bar on Union Street at around 9.30pm before the altercation spilled out on to the street.
Up to five police vehicles rushed to the scene after being alerted by bar staff.
Those in nearby pubs and bars stood on in shock as the police tried to contain the incident.
One onlooker said: “There was a huge police presence on the street. It was crazy.
“A group of them were trying to arrest one guy and get him into the van but there were others just circling looking like they were going to kick off as well.
“They’d just about calmed down when a guy came running in to try and go for the guy the police were arresting.
“They got him on the deck and he was shouting, saying they were hurting him. I don’t know if they were or if he was just angry.
“I don’t know how it got started. Two big guys were fighting each other but I don’t know what it was about.”
