Officers were seen chasing two men on Friday afternoon after their Ford Ecosport careered into another vehicle on Forfar Road. The force say enquiries are still ongoing into the incident after the men managed to escape on foot towards Baldovan Terrace. The areas was busy with local school children at the time with many watching on in shock as the incident unfolded.
