One of Dundee’s busiest roads has been closed following a three-car crash.
Six fire and rescue appliances are at the scene following the incident at the junction between Perth Road and Glamis Road at about 5.20pm on Tuesday.
One passerby said a woman is being treated for minor injuries at the scene.
Nobody is believed to have been seriously hurt in the collision.
A police spokesman said: “There has been a three-vehicle crash at Glamis Road, non-injury. That came to us just after 5.20pm.”
He added that firefighters were called in response to “possible leakage” from the vehicles.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “We had a call come in at 5.25pm. We are in attendance at a three-car RTC (road traffic collision). Crews are in attendance.
“We have two crews from Blackness, one pump from the Kingsway, two from Macalpine Road and one heavy rescue unit.”
