Police have issued a plea for information as concern grows for a Dundee man who has gone missing on a hiking holiday.
On Friday morning police said 23-year-old Miroslav Novak is believed to have taken a train from Dundee on Wednesday and then boarded a ferry to the Isle of Arran where he intended to go hiking in the Goatfell area.
Mr Novak has not been heard from since.
Mr Novak is described as 180cm tall, of slim build with blue eyes and short dark hair.
If anyone has seen Mr Novak or has any information about his whereabouts they are asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote incident number 3325 of the 25th of July as a matter of urgency.
