Two men fled on a motorcycle after leaving a 41-year-old man with head and arm injuries following an assault in Dundee on Monday.
The incident occurred on the junction of Clepington Road and Graham Street around 4.15pm
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “A 41-year-old man sustained head and arm injuries as a result of the incident, which involved two other men who left the area on an orange motorbike.
“Officers are following a positive line of enquiry and enquiries are continuing.”
The road was closed on Monday night as inquiries into the incident began.
