Police in Dundee are appealing for help after two large bricks were thrown through the window of a flat, narrowly missing those inside.
The incident occurred on Constitution Street at around 2.20am on Wednesday morning.
The force, who are treating the case as reckless conduct, say a car was then heard speeding away from the location, although they cannot be certain this was linked.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “If anyone has any information that could assist our investigation, please call 101 or speak with any police officer.
“Information can also be given anonymously through Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111. Our reference is CR/23451/19.”
