The bridge was closed to all vehicles from both the Dundee and Fife sides after reports of an individual on the bridge. A spokesman for Police Scotland, said: “Police were alerted just after 9.30pm this evening to an individual on the bridge. “Officers are currently in attendance and the bridge has been closed in both directions while officers deal with an ongoing incident.” A HM Coastguard search and rescue vehicle is also at the scene.
