A Dunfermline woman was grabbed by the hair, put in a headlock and dragged along the street in a domestic assault, a court has heard.
The offender was Andrew Gillies, 38, of Inchkeith Drive, Dunfermline.
Gillies appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on October 23 at an address in Trondheim Parkway West, Dunfermline, he assaulted Stephanie Duncan, his partner, by seizing her by the hair, pulling her by it and also seized her by the neck.
Gillies then placed her in a headlock, whereby he dragged her along the street.
Sheriff James MacDonald called for background reports and Gillies is expected to be sentenced on February 5.
