Crews from Kirkcaldy and Methil rushed to the store, understood to be a carpet warehouse, after receiving a call just after 8.45pm. Police also attended. SFRS bosses say there has been no indication of any injuries and that firefighters used regular pumps to douse the flames. The two crews from Kirkcaldy remain in attendance, however the fire has been put out.
