A Cairneyhill man who bombarded his ex-partner with abusive messages has admitted stalking offences.
Craig Findlay, 47, of Pitdinnie Avenue, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court and admitted that between January 10 and 12 he engaged in a course of conduct which caused his former partner fear or alarm.
After receiving more than 20 messages from Findlay, the woman replied: “Stop this. This is harassment.”
He then sent another 36 messages, some containing swear words and telling her she would “never have a life” and that she would be made to pay. He also sent a message saying: “I’ll haunt you forever.”
Findlay will be sentenced on February 19.
