An eight car pile up on one of Fife’s busiest roads has caused traffic chaos for motorists this morning.
Police and paramedics rushed to the incident on the Edinburgh bound section of A92 close to the Cowdenbeath junction shortly after 7.30am.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland, said: “We received a call at 7.35am reporting a multiple pile up involving eight cars on the A92 road in Fife close to the Cowdenbeath/ Lochgelly interchange.
“Officers attended the scene and and an ambulance crew attended as a precaution.
“Thankfully one was injured in the incident and the road has now been cleared.”
