A Fife woman has celebrated her 105th birthday.
Mary Helen Robertson, of Markinch, was born during the First World War on March 1 1915.
As she reached the milestone she was visited by Councillor Fiona Grant, who presented her with flowers on behalf of Fife Council, and Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Fife, Colonel Jim Kinloch.
Mrs Robertson is originally from Foveran, near Ellon, Aberdeenshire, and was the eldest of four sisters.
