A Ballingry man broke his hand when he smashed a window after a row with his ex-partner.
Keiran Lorimer, 23, of Capledrae Court, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court as a result of the incident.
He admitted that on January 12 at Robert Smith Court, Lumphinnans, he attended at the home of his former partner, shouted at her and smashed a window.
Defence solicitor Roshni Joshi said: “He’s not been able to work since and he needs to have an operation on the hand. It’s clearly his own fault but he’s very much learned his lesson.”
Sheriff Alastair Brown deferred sentence until September 16.
