An eye-catching NHS tribute at Blairgowrie - and clubs like Thornton are also doing their bit.
A Fife golf club is thanking frontline healthcare workers by teeing up a free round of golf between now and the end of 2020.
Thornton Golf Club said NHS workers can bring up to three friends with them who can play at member guest rates, and only need to show their NHS identification badge.
A spokesperson for the club said: “We would like to thank NHS workers for the incredible work they are doing at this difficult time.
“As a small gesture of our appreciation we would like to offer them one free round of golf on our beautiful course for the remainder of 2020.
“We want as many NHS staff as possible to take advantage of this offer.”
