Police are appealing for witnesses after a car was set alight outside a house in Fife in the early hours.
The incident happened in the early hours of Tuesday, April 21 in Broomhead Park, Dunfermline.
A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, said: “We received a call at 1.10am to reports of a vehicle on fire in Broomhead Park.
“A single fire appliance was despatched from Dunfermline Fire Station and crews extinguished the blaze at 1.58am.”
Police have now launched a probe into the suspicious fire and have issued an appeal via social media for witnesses to come forward.
A spokesman for Police Scotland, said: “In the early hours of April 21, a vehicle was set on fire in the Broomhead Park area of Dunfermline.
“Can anyone who was in the area or surrounding streets, who observed anyone in or running from the area please contact 101 and reference callcard 191 of the April 21.”
