Fife singer-songwriter KT Tunstall will host an online concert and question and answer session tonight as part of a fundraising drive for CHAS.
As part of a nationwide campaign for Children’s Hospices Across Scotland, rocker KT Tunstall will play a short online set and chat with fans through the charity’s Facebook page at 8pm.
Tunstall is the latest entertainer to back ‘Share Your Joy’, a campaign which asks the public to share messages of support and encouragement with the hundreds of CHAS families who are currently shielding children with life-limiting conditions all over the country amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The session, which will be pre-recorded for optimised quality and so that she can chat to fans and CHAS supporters at the same time, will be streamed at 8pm UK time here.
KT Tunstall said: ““Music is a powerful force of nature in the world, helping all of us feel more connected to each other, which is something we really need right now.
“I’m delighted to be playing a few tracks for CHAS this Friday.
“I so appreciate the purpose of this campaign – to help bring light to families who are going through the toughest of times in these already extremely challenging circumstances.”
Those wishing to participate in ‘Share Your Joy’ and donate to the charity can do so here.
