Five people are expected to appear in court on Monday following a disturbance in Glenrothes in which three people were hurt.
Police were called to an incident in Ryan Road, in the Rimbleton area, on Friday afternoon.
Two men and a woman involved were injured.
Four men and a woman aged in their 20s and 30s were arrested and are to appear in Falkirk Sheriff Court.
Police spent several hours at the scene of the incident and a probe was launched to establish what had happened.
A force spokeswoman said: “Four men and a woman have been arrested and charged in connection with a disturbance in Ryan Road, Glenrothes, around 4pm on Friday, May 29.
“The men, aged 38, 29, 35 and 25, and the woman, aged 25, are due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday, June 1.”
It is understood that all those involved in the disturbance have been traced and that there was no threat to the wider public.
The residential street was cordoned off while emergency services aided those hurt and dealt with the incident.
