Hugh Burness, 57, was reported missing from the kingdom. He had last been seen in the Highland town on the afternoon of Sunday, May 31. On Friday night Highland police said he was traced “safe and well” in Wick. They posted: “Hugh Burness, 57 years (and) missing from Fife, has been traced safe and well in the Wick area. “The public are thanked for their help and support in tracing Hugh.”
