Police are investigating the death of a man in a Fife park.
Officers were called to Pittencrieff Park, Dunfermline, following the discovery of a body on Sunday morning.
Police said the man was found in a stream within the park at around 6.45am.
Members of the public reported a heavy police presence, including forensics officers, as well as an ambulance.
Enquiries are continuing to establish the cause of death.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “At around 6.45am on Sunday July 5, officers were called to Pittencrieff Park, Dunfermline, after the body of a man was found in a stream.
“Emergency services remain at the scene and enquiries are ongoing.”
