The westbound of the A92 road near to Cowdenbeath has been completely closed to motorists following a collision this evening.
The emergency services rushed to the scene close to the Cowdenbeath junction following an accident which happened at around 4.45pm
Fife crews from nearby Lochgelly Fire station were in attendance but a spokesperson for the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service said that they left the scene shortly after 6pm
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “The crash involving two vehicles happened at 4.45pm on the westbound side of the A92.
“Emergency services were in attendance and no one was injured in the incident.”
Motorists are advised to avoid the area for the time being.
