Fife Cycle Park has put the wheels in motion for a safe reopening on Wednesday.
A booking system will operate at the Lochgelly facility to ensure social distancing can take place and new signs will direct customers through a one way system.
Hand sanitisers will be on site.
Families have been asked to bring their own bikes and helmets however, as equipment hire will not be available for now.
Use of the park will be free during the summer holidays.
Labour councillor Judy Hamilton, convener of Fife Council’s community and housing services committee, said she as delighted to welcome Fifers back.
“As lockdown measures ease it’s great to be able to safely reopen facilities to families,” she said.
