A Cowdenbeath man caused a disturbance in a shop by shouting abuse at another customer and calling him a “paedophile”.
Reagan Moffat, 23, of Hilton Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on February 12 at Raja Brothers, Moss-side Road, Cowdenbeath, while acting with another, he shouted, swore, made offensive remarks and uttered threats of violence.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said at 6.20pm Moffat and another male entered the shop.
The two began shouting at someone ahead of them in the queue.
She added this person was not known to them but they were calling him names and making threats towards him.
Moffat, a student who was representing himself in court, said: “I take responsibility for what I did.”
Sheriff Pino di Emidio fined Moffat £210.
