A teenager drove a friend’s car into another vehicle during a party, a court has heard.
Scott Tierney, 19, of Broomhead Drive, admitted a string of offences which occurred at October 13 at Parkneuk Road.
Depute fiscal Gary McMullan said Tierney had been at a party before a neighbour saw the accused reversing a vehicle into her vehicle.
She asked for his details but Tierney gave a false name and went back into the party.
Tierney admitted driving without a valid licence, with no insurance and failing to stop and give his name and address.
Sheriff Craig McSherry said there was no alternative to custody given his failure to comply with court orders and lack of funds to pay a financial penalty.
