The supermarket has awards the trust cash raised from carrier bag charges.
Cambo Heritage Trust is celebrating after being awarded almost £2,000 from Asda as part of the latest round of grant giveaways from the Scottish carrier bag charge.
The Trust, which provides volunteering, skills training and educational opportunities in the environment, horticulture, arts and heritage at Cambo estate, was given £1,930 towards buying a six-seater wheelchair accessible golf buggy which will help volunteers with mobility issues to take part in activities.
Trust chairman Sir Peter Erskine said: “We are thrilled that support from Asda has made the purchase of an accessible golf buggy for our volunteers with mobility issues possible.”
