A 21-year-old man has been reported to the procurator fiscal as part of a clampdown on dangerous and illegal drivers.
The Methil man is the latest person to be reported under the banner of Operation Reflector being spearheaded by police in Levenmouth.
He stands accused of dangerous driving and for failing to hold a valid licence and insurance.
He was caught on Laburnum Road, Methil, on Wednesday.
Sergeant Craig Fyall, who is based at Levenmouth police station, said: “Operation Reflector continues to produce positive results and through this ongoing effort we have successfully detected another illegal driver.
“Our aim is to address this public concern and make sure we are effective in capturing illegal drivers and confiscating their vehicles.
“So far we have seized more than 20 cars this year.”
Police have said the number of illegal bikers has reduced recently.
