Cupar fundraiser goes swimmingly

Dozens of people enjoyed a quacking time on Sunday at the biggest fundraising event for the Cupar Children’s Gala.

Hundreds of plastic ducks were plunged into the River Eden at the town’s Haugh Park for the traditional annual duck races.

Townsfolks purchased ducks to race between the Victoria and Pitscottie bridges, with proceeds going towards the bill of the gala.
