All services at St Andrews Community Hospital should return to normal this week after a car ploughed into the building in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Recovery teams completed the complex process of removing the silver Audi, which burst into flames after the impact, from the scene on Saturday, and structural assessments have been carried out.
No-one was hurt, but the crash caused significant damage to the GP practice area and led to GP services and a small number of physiotherapy and rehabilitation appointments having to be rescheduled.
However, those sessions are now running as usual, with the Blackfriars GP practice also fully operational.
The Pipeland GP practice is only expected to receive emergency patients on Monday, with that arrangement in place until Tuesday at the earliest, but anyone with a need for an urgent GP assessment should contact their practice as normal.
All inpatient care remains unaffected and wards should be contacted in the usual manner.
A 27-year-old man was charged with road traffic offences and is expected to appear at court at a later date.
