A touch of Westeros will come to Fife on Saturday as the Methil Gala returns to the local calendar.
Game of Thrones star Clive Russell, who plays Blackfish, will open the event, which takes place at Wellesley Parish Church from noon.
There will be a host of stalls on site to entertain visitors, with the traditional crowning of Lord and Lady Wellesley expected to take place at 2pm.
A procession will then head along Wellesley Road, joined by a pipe band and escorted by the Methil Sea Cadets.
The event will finish at 4pm, with minister Gillian Paterson saying that she hopes the event will provide a “fun-filled, encouraging day for the Methil community.”
