A second man has appeared in court in connection with an alleged armed robbery in Dunfermline on Wednesday.
Edward Guthrie Taylor, 26,was charged with robbery and vehicle theft.
He was remanded in custody following a private appearance before a sheriff in Dunfermline.
He made no plea or declaration to the charges before him.
Aaron Donald, 25, appeared in private at the same court on Thursday charged with assault and robbery in connection with the same incident.
He was also remanded in custody after making no plea or declaration.
The arrests follow an incident at the ScotMid store on East Baldridge Drive at around 3pm on Wednesday.
Police say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the robbery and have thanked the local community for their assistance with the investigation.
