The vessel is understood to have been reported lost by the owner from North Berwick on Saturday night, and was spotted drifting in the estuary. The Kinghorn lifeboat was launched at 11.20am to assist with the recovery of the dinghy, and the crew towed it ashore at Kinghorn harbour. A spokesperson for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency said there had been no-one aboard.
