The incident happened on Transy Place at around 5pm on Saturday. He is described as possibly Eastern European in appearance, early 30’s, broad build, short dirty blond hair in a “buzz” cut with a broad nose. The man was wearing a black long sleeved t-shirt with a white logo or word written on the front, sleeves rolled up, and grey jogging bottoms. Anybody with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
