The 52-year-old man sustained a shoulder injury in the accident on Blacklaw Road. The accident, involving a Toyota Prius, happened at around 7.40pm. The road was closed until 8.30pm to allow paramedics to attend to him at the scene. His injury was believed to be minor and he was taken to Kirkcaldy’s Victoria Hospital as a precaution.
